01 / Three tests

Each answers a different question

DISC, Holland (RIASEC), and Gerchikov (Motype) complement each other: one test gives a fragment; all three give a full picture of behavior, interests, and motivation.

Explore each test separately: about Holland (RIASEC) and about Gerchikov (Motype).

05 / FAQ

Common questions

What is a career aptitude test?
It helps you see which roles, tasks, and work environments fit you. GrowPath combines DISC (behavior), RIASEC (interests), and Motype (motivation) — not just a job list, but a reasoned career direction.
How is a career test different from the career report?
You can take all three tests for free and see basic results per method. The personal career report is paid: it merges all three profiles plus the questionnaire into scenarios, risks, and a first-step plan.
Can a test tell me which career fits me?
It does not replace experience or mentoring, but shows where your style, interests, and motivation align. The report turns that into roles, hypotheses, and a 14-day check plan.
Is this for adults or for students?
GrowPath targets adults and professionals: role change, burnout, choosing between paths. School students can also take the assessment and get recommendations — we see that sometimes. The main focus here is career decisions after you have started working.
Can I take the career test without signing up?
You can start DISC without registration. To save progress across all three tests and get the career report, you will need an account so results are not lost between sessions.
Why do I need DISC, RIASEC, and Motype together?
DISC shows how you act. RIASEC shows what interests you. Motype shows what keeps you engaged. One test is a fragment; all three give a full picture for career choice.
How much does the career report cost?
The career track report is $19 USD. All three tests (DISC, RIASEC, and Motype) are free; payment is only required for your personal career report.
When do I pay for the career report?
After all three tests, or upfront if you want to lock in access. Payment opens the career questionnaire; the report run starts once you complete it.
What do I get after payment?
Access to the career questionnaire and your personal report: suitable directions, development scenarios, current-role analysis, risks, and first steps with check criteria.
Can I see a sample report before paying?
Yes. The sample page shows an anonymized version: scenarios, integrated profile, current-role analysis, and a hypothesis-check plan.
