Terms of use
Edition of 16 April 2026
1. General
These Terms govern the relationship between the GrowPath.ru site administrator and the User when using the Site, dashboard, Telegram bot, and related interfaces.
Using the Site, registering, signing in, taking tests, confirming consent in the UI, or ordering a paid service means you have read and accepted these Terms in full.
If you disagree with any part of the Terms, stop using the Site and do not order paid services.
The current edition is published on the Site. The administrator may change the Terms unilaterally. A new edition takes effect when published unless another date is stated.
2. Definitions
Site — GrowPath.ru, its pages, dashboard, Telegram bot, and related service interfaces.
Tests — methodologies available on the Site, including DISC, RIASEC, and the Gerchikov (Motype) test.
Free features — taking Tests, receiving basic results, and standard AI interpretations of Test results when available on the Site.
Paid service — automated generation of the Career Track extended report.
Paid services section — the Paid services page with current special terms for that service.
LLM / AI technologies — machine learning, large language models, and other automated algorithms used to analyze, interpret, and prepare texts.
3. Subject
The Site lets you take DISC, RIASEC, and Gerchikov (Motype) tests for free, view basic results, and receive standard AI interpretations when that feature is available.
You may separately order the paid service — automated Career Track extended report based on test results, your answers, and other data requested in the UI.
Payment is only for automated data processing, compute, algorithms, templates, LLM / AI technologies, and delivering the Career Track report — not for taking tests, basic results, or standard AI interpretations.
Unless stated otherwise under Paid services, the paid service is automated, without manual expert review, individual consulting, or an obligation to explain report content personally.
The service and all outputs, including free AI interpretations and the paid report, are informational, analytical, and developmental only.
The service is not psychological or medical diagnosis.
The service is not psychological, medical, psychotherapeutic, HR, educational, legal, or financial advice.
4. Registration, access, and use
Some features may require registration or sign-in.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information needed for the service and results.
You take tests yourself and are responsible for the correctness and meaning of your answers.
If you use third-party data or share results with others, you ensure lawful grounds, consent, and authority.
The administrator may restrict or suspend access for Terms violations, abuse, security threats, or technical reasons.
5. Ordering and paying for the paid service
To order the paid service, you complete required tests and/or forms on the Site.
Current terms, report contents, delivery method, and other special conditions are published on Paid services and/or at checkout.
The paid service contract is concluded when you explicitly accept these Terms and payment succeeds.
Unless stated otherwise on the Site, the paid service starts automatically after payment and report generation begins.
The paid service is deemed delivered when you can access the generated report in the dashboard, on the site, in the Telegram bot, by email, or by another method stated on the Site.
6. Limitations and disclaimers
The service, tests, results, free AI interpretations, and the paid report are provided “as is” as available when used.
You understand that LLM / AI technologies may produce errors, gaps, contradictions, simplifications, outdated wording, and probabilistic conclusions.
The same inputs may yield different wording, emphasis, structure, and detail on regeneration.
The administrator does not guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, error-free output, universal applicability, employment, career success, income growth, or any specific career outcome.
Results must not be the sole or decisive basis for hiring, rejection, dismissal, transfer, compensation, medical, legally significant, financial, or other professional decisions without further review and, if needed, qualified specialists.
You assess relevance and applicability yourself and bear the risk of decisions based on service outputs.
7. Refunds, regeneration, and claims
You may cancel before payment.
After successful payment, generation starts automatically without a separate waiting step, so refunds after payment are not offered except where mandatory law requires it.
Disagreement with conclusions, recommendations, tone, or subjective usefulness alone does not mean the paid service was not delivered properly.
If a paid report was not provided, was corrupted, empty, clearly incomplete, or unavailable due to a technical failure, the administrator may regenerate it or refund in full or in part.
8. Donations
The project may accept voluntary donations when available on the Site.
Donations are not payment for the Career Track paid service, do not replace such payment, and do not by themselves grant extra rights or obligations unless stated on the Site.
9. User rights and duties
You may use the Site and its features within these Terms and available functionality, receive service outputs, and order paid services when offered.
You use the Site lawfully, do not disrupt it, do not access data or technical elements without authorization, and do not use the service to discriminate, auto-rank people, or make significant decisions about third parties without lawful grounds and human review.
10. Administrator rights and duties
The administrator keeps the Site reasonably available given technical limits, maintenance, and third-party constraints.
The administrator may change, suspend, remove, or rework Site functionality, tests, result presentation, algorithms, templates, report structure, LLM / AI providers, and interfaces without prior notice unless law or paid-service obligations require otherwise.
The administrator is not obliged to provide individual consulting, manual expert review, or user coaching unless explicitly offered as a separate service on the Site.
11. Intellectual property
Rights to the Site, code, design, texts, databases, materials, structure, templates, algorithms, and other IP belong to the administrator and/or other right holders.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Site and your results for personal, non-commercial, informational, and developmental purposes within Site functionality.
12. Personal data and third parties
Personal data is processed under the Personal data processing policy.
The administrator may use third-party technical services and providers, including payments, AI / LLM providers, auth services, messengers, and analytics, when needed for corresponding Site features.
Automated processing is used for informational/analytical outputs and is not intended for legally significant decisions about you without human review and other lawful grounds.
13. Limitation of liability
The administrator is not liable for your decisions or actions based on tests, free AI interpretations, the paid report, or other Site materials.
The administrator is not liable for direct or indirect damages, lost profit, expected outcomes, time, career opportunities, or other adverse effects from using or being unable to use the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The administrator is not liable for failures or incorrect operation of third-party services, including Telegram, cloud.ru, YooKassa, and Google Analytics.
14. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by applicable law.
If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rights remain fully in force.
